Oh man today's stretching for dance was horrendous. I'm aching quite badly now. Especially my lower back from doing too many flat-backs in one of our routine. My flexibility hasn't been improving. Quite upset about it. My isolations as well. Argh!!! Alot of things to work on. I need to stop procastinating and start working on my isolations.

And don't get me started on cheneys. I know what actually went wrong (other than just my arms flinging far too back). Normally when we go slow, i still can maintain my arms and not fling it wildly. It's only when we decided to go fast, i lose control of everything. My spotting is not fast enough as well.

Not only that, we had kicks as our warm-up. My thighs and calf muscles are partially numb right now. Actually it's most of the lower part of the body. It aches terribly especially just now when i stood upright as i was leaving the train compartment.

Ok enough of complaning. Will train uber harder than usual. I love the day before today's dance. We did lyrical-hiphop. Whoot!!! Very high!!! But it's not easy as alot of control from the core-muscle is needed. But still.

Lastly, i'm not gonna talk 'bout today's rehearsal. All i can say is everyone, jia you!!!!
