Friends.
They are people whom we have grown up with since young.
They are our childhood pals.
They are our bestie or close pals.
They have the same interest,passion.
They share the same likings.
They know what you're thinking.
They always know how or what to finish our last sentence.
They are people whom we bitch to.
They are people whom we also least expect that will backstab and betray.
They're 100% attentive once you mention you are feeling fucked up.
They share your joy, laughter and woes.
They are people whom you've gone through thick and thin.
They are the people whom we can or cannot live with.
They are the people who will be always truthful to you.
They are the people who tells the ugly truth and you know it's right.
But ultimately:
They have grown up.
They have changed.
They don't feel the same way as you do.
They like the same guy/girl as you.
They bitch about you to their other friends and vice-versa.
They lie.
They don't stand up for you like they did when they were young or during secondary school days.
They ignore you and vice-versa.
They feel that you're a piece of thrash and vice-versa
As quoted from jenyin:
"
In a friendship or relationship, it doesnt matter whether how much you give is equivalent to how much you take. Some may give more, some may take more. Why do those who give more dont feel any pinch? its because you noe you are giving to someone who would appreciate it.
