I don' t really know how to put this into words but ever since i found out i'm not one of the fews who were selected to perform together with the seniors, i felt disappointed and jealoused. Why? Well on the 5th of Nov(which is still like what 4-5 months away), there's going to be a dance performance done by none other than NRA. Our instructor told us that she will be picking a few of the freshies to perform with the seniors. Which i'm sure nobody took notice of what she said until some of us heard that training has already started for some freshies. A few of my friends were chosen but i wasn't. So i felt this huge sense of negative emotions coursing through me. I thought she was showing favourtism until i chatted with my friend Steph a.k.a Bread that i realised it wasn't so. I can't remember the whole conversation but whatever we conversed, everything, my emotions,my perspective on how she handles thing started to change. And i realise that my wanting was of a selfish reason nothing more. It began to dawn on me that it is extremely unfair for those who have been selected and we're backstabbing them already. But this is one episode that i've learned that if i want to be taken notice of, i have to work hard to achieve it. As they say, there's no free lunch in the world. So my fellow friends and dancer, if you have chanced upon this blog, let's just worked hard together for the production regardless of whatever the circumstances are. All of us have a role to play!!

Jesus, my lord, i thank you for helping to understand by sending a friend
to me to converse about the situation. Whatever, i'm feeling now, i pray
that this cup of mine, filled with so many raw emotions is taken away and
may you fill me with your everlasting love. For i know you have a greater
purpose for me and i surrender my being and trust unto you.
